Seabreeze is proud to support Rio Tinto with the delivery of the WAN A Hub at West Angelas - bringing to life a purpose-built facility designed to meet the operational needs of one of Western Australia’s most critical mining regions.

With a project value of $7.6 million, this was a complex build involving the integration of multiple transportable buildings and supporting infrastructure. Our team managed the project from mobilisation through to final commissioning, with a strong focus on coordination, site readiness, and clean execution.

Buildings were installed on pre-set footings and tied down to specification, with all furnishings unpacked, constructed, and laid out as required. We constructed the courtyard framing and roofing using Bondor panels, delivering a weather-tight, functional space that anchors the surrounding structures.

Verandas and entry points were built to plan, with solid core courtyard doors installed to ensure durability and safety.

The works also included the full installation and commissioning of potable water and sewer connections, hydraulic tie-ins, and civil integration. Common trenching was coordinated in line with broader site utilities, and detailed handover documentation was supplied to support long-term maintenance in line with OEM guidelines.

As always, the success of the project came down to practical capability, clear communication, and strong alignment with the client’s expectations. WAN A Hub is another example of what Seabreeze delivers across the Pilbara - well-executed infrastructure, delivered with care.
