Seabreeze Contracting was engaged to deliver civil and concrete works for the HD1 Fuel Facility at the Rio Tinto site. Scope included bulk and detailed earthworks, stormwater drainage, footings, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pours, and site preparation for fuel infrastructure installation.
