Seabreeze Contracting was engaged to deliver enabling and civil works for the new MEM Otraco Workshop and Toolstore. Scope included bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, concrete foundations, hardstands, and final trim works to support workshop and toolstore infrastructure.
