Kristian’s Six Years at Seabreeze

We asked Kristian why he’s made Seabreeze his home for the past six years:
“For me, it’s all about the people. We’ve got such a good crew, solid culture, and a place that actually feels like family. That’s why I love my job.”
It’s a sentiment we hear often - but one that means more coming from someone who’s lived it, day in and day out. From early starts on site to knock-off chats and weekend catch-ups, Kristian has been part of the backbone that keeps this place moving.
What stands out is more than just his work ethic. It’s his consistency, his loyalty, and the way he lifts the crew around him - on and off the tools.
Whether he’s helping a new starter find their feet or being roped into flexing for the camera when the boys egg him on, he brings the kind of energy that strengthens a team from the inside out.
At Seabreeze, we talk a lot about culture - but it’s people like Kristian who make it real. No fuss, no ego - just good work, done with the right mindset and a strong sense of mateship.
We’re proud to have him with us as we continue to grow. Here’s to the next chapter, and to the people who make it what it is.
