Seabreeze Strengthens Workforce Capability with Carey Training

Seabreeze Contracting is proud to announce a strategic partnership with Carey Training, a 100% Aboriginal‑owned Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with nearly two decades of experience delivering high‑quality vocational training across South Australia and Western Australia.
Carey Training specialises in pre‑employment programs, apprenticeships and traineeships, and customised corporate training - delivered with cultural respect and practical alignment to industry needs. Their certificate programs span civil construction, engineering, leadership, safety, and operations - designed to prepare individuals for seamless entry into the workforce.
This partnership strengthens Seabreeze’s commitment to workforce development, locally and on Country. Through tailored training programs, on-site delivery, and industry‑aligned qualifications, we’ll not only build capability within our crew - but support sustainable employment outcomes for traditional owners and regional communities.
Working closely with Carey Training, Seabreeze will:
- Deliver pre‑employment and skills upgrade programs in civil construction, plant operations, and leadership;
- Provide apprenticeship and traineeship pathways with recognised certificate outcomes;
- Enable flexible, on-site training delivery that fits around site schedules and community needs;
- Support Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for employees with existing competencies
This isn’t training for training’s sake. It’s about equipping real people with real skills, deploying industry‑relevant learning and lifting capability at a regional level - where it’s needed most.
Through this partnership, Seabreeze and Carey are delivering a shared outcome: building teams who are confident, competent, and connected to both their work and communities.
This is another meaningful step in Seabreeze’s mission to deliver infrastructure the right way - with purpose, respect, and long‑term impact.
