Carey Training specialises in pre‑employment programs, apprenticeships and traineeships, and customised corporate training - delivered with cultural respect and practical alignment to industry needs. Their certificate programs span civil construction, engineering, leadership, safety, and operations - designed to prepare individuals for seamless entry into the workforce.

This partnership strengthens Seabreeze’s commitment to workforce development, locally and on Country. Through tailored training programs, on-site delivery, and industry‑aligned qualifications, we’ll not only build capability within our crew - but support sustainable employment outcomes for traditional owners and regional communities.

Working closely with Carey Training, Seabreeze will:

• Deliver pre‑employment and skills upgrade programs in civil construction, plant operations, and leadership;
• Provide apprenticeship and traineeship pathways with recognised certificate outcomes;
• Enable flexible, on-site training delivery that fits around site schedules and community needs;
• Support Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for employees with existing competencies
